A mother and grandmother, resident of Clairton, PA for most of her life. She holds a B.A. in Spanish Language & African Diaspora. She received her certificate for Doctor of Naturopathy in 2020. Studying plant medicine supports both herself and the collective by creating space for nature to nurture us. These practices ignite my environmental justice work as it reminds me of my roots and our oneness with earth. She hopes that her knowledge will become standard practice by all in the climate/environmental justice mental fitness initiative. A decade of working in the climate & environmental space.
