Belinda Morrow has over 30 years of experience designing and managing capital programs and construction projects for large corporations, federal and local governments; and is recognized in the industry for tackling projects with comprehensive work scopes, overlapping time frames and completing them on time and within budget.

She is known for providing best-in-class sustainability program management services to both public and private sector clients for their high performance construction projects. Belinda has been practicing sustainability since early 2001. She is currently the president of 2M Design Consultants, Inc. in Atlanta and was one of the first 100 people in the nation to receive the U.S. Green Building Council LEED™ accredited professional designation, (in May 2001 published list of USGBC’s LEED Accredited Professionals). In 2003, Belinda was responsible for the design and construction oversight of Fulton County Government’s first LEED certified project, the East Atlanta Library; that was not put out to bid to be designed as a LEED building and could not cost one penny over the original budget. This great “underdog” project became the State of Georgia’s first LEED Silver Public Library. In 2010, she conducted LEED Administration oversight for the U.S. Department of Defense’s first LEED Gold residence, the Moody Air Force 120 Person Base BRAC Dormitory Project. Since 2010, Belinda has overseen the LEED Administration and Commissioning for Fulton County Government’s $275M Library Capital Bond Program. Each of the county’s 32 libraries received a USGBC LEED Platinum, Gold or Silver Certification and a 2021 NACo Award for County Resiliency, Infrastructure, Energy and Sustainability.
