  • Percentage of polling stations close to transit or offer transportation services to seniors and those with disabilities.
  • Ratio of the share of local elected officials of a racial, ethnic, and age group to the share of residents of the same racial or ethnic group.
  • Ratio of the share of neighborhood association staff and board members (or equivalent) of a racial, ethnic, and age group to the share of residents of the same racial or ethnic group.

  • 75% of eligible voters vote in each election.
