- Percentage of City-regulated rent stabilized units.
- Percentage of housing units within a 10 min. walk of transit.
- Percent of families that pay more than 30% of their income for housing (housing cost burden).
- Homeowner rates by race and ethnicity (racial homeownership gap).
- Number of public school children who are homeless during the school year per capita.
- Number of evictions annually per capita.
- Percentage of homes owned by non-local investors.
- Percentage of homeownership to renters.
- Number of certified green housing units per capita.
Illustrative Targets
- 90% of families pay 30% or less of their income on housing.
