- Percentage of residents with severe food insecurity, based on the Food Insecurity Experience Scale Ratio of SNAP participation.
- Percentage of dwelling units within a ½ mile (0.8km) walk of grocery store / food market.
- Percentage of dwelling units within a 1 mile (1.6km) walk of community garden / urban farm.
Illustrative Targets
- 50% increase in number of affordable, healthy food sources (stores, food pantries, farmers markets) in the neighborhood by 2030.
- 50% of all residents live within ½ mile (0.8km) walk of grocery store / food market by 2030.
- Eliminate hunger among all school aged children.
